Lately I’ve been feeling like all my bridal shower games are becoming a bit tired. Therefore, I decided it was time for new bridal shower games. Don’t get me wrong, there’s plenty of them I still think are fun and timeless, but I wanted some fresh ideas for new themed bridal shower ideas.

Find the games in a classic design, with chalkboard and gold, or rustic. Each one is design with a specific theme in mind as well and I’ve let you know what they work best for below. However, you can use all of these for any bridal shower, you don’t have to have the theme.

Works Best For: First up, this game is perfect for the classic shower. For the bride who knows who she is what she loves.
How to Play: Ask the bride to make her circle her choices before the shower. Then, have the guests guess what she picked. Easy-peasy.
Works Best For: Another perfect game for the classic shower is this over or under game.
How to Play: Have the guests guess whether the numbers in the statements are over or under the actual numbers. Be sure you count ahead of time.
Works Best For: This next game is perfect for the travel themed bridal shower. Also works for any couple that loves to travel.
How to Play: Find out from the bride and groom where all each has traveled. Then, ask the guests to guess who has been where.
Works Best For: Lingerie BINGO is too fun for the bachelorette party, personal party, or any other celebration that has a bit of spice.
How to Play: Have the guests write down what they think the bride will receive. Think colors, styles, and even toys. Then, as the bride opens her gifts, guests mark off the ones they guessed correctly.
Works Best For: Porn or Polish is a fun game for the Bachelorette party as well.
How to Play: The guests will guess whether the names listed are porn or nail polish. Answers come with the game as well.
Works Best For: This is another game that is perfect for the classic wedding shower and any theme.
How to Play: Guests will try to remember what the bride is wearing at the shower after she leaves the room.
Works Best For: The emoji game was made for the techie couple. It can definitely be used at any shower, but if you have a bride and/or groom that loves their phone, be sure to get this one.
How to Play: The guests will try to guess what the sentence is meant to say based on common emoji icons. Answers are also included here.
Works Best For: Next up is another classic style game. Also made with the teacher or reader in mind.
How to Play: Give the guests a few wedding words and have them come up with a funny story incorporating all those words. Be sure to put a time limit on it and tell them the funniest story wins.
Works Best For: Spice it up was designed for the kitchen shower. However, it’s perfect for any bride or groom that loves to cook.
How to Play: Guests will guess the names of the spices based on what they look like. However, make sure they only look, don’t smell!
Works Best For: If you or your bride loves to cook, this one was made for them. Give a recipe shower and let the guests play this one.
How to Play: For this one, have the bride wear an apron with items pinned to it. The guest of honor will be wearing it when the shower starts and once everyone has arrived, have them leave the room. Next, hand out the games and let the guest see if they can remember what was pinned to the apron.
Works Best For: Another idea for a kitchen or recipe shower is this game about common kitchen items.
How to Play: Ask the bride to think of kitchen items that spell out a certain word. Simply have the first letter of a few kitchen items on the sheet, then have the guests guess what item the bride picked. Or you can even do the entire alphabet.
Works Best For: Guess how many corks was created with the wine lover in mind. Perfect for a vineyard or wine tasting shower.
How to Play: Put your corks in something pretty and have the guests guess how many are in there. The one that’s closest to the right number, wines a bottle of wine!
Works Best For: Another perfect game for a wine tasting shower is this red or white game.
How to Play: Test the wine knowledge of your guests by having them categorize them by white or red. Answers are also included on this one.
Works Best For: If you or someone you know is a teacher or loves to read, then this Who Read it First game is made for them.
How to Play: Find out what books the bride and groom have read and have the guests guess who read it first.
Works Best For: What’s in the Bag is another classic game. However, it could be easily made themed by putting items in the bag that relate to your theme.
How to Play: Find items that start with the letters spelling out “bridal shower”. Put those items in a bag. Then the guests will guess what items you chose to put in there that start with each letter. If you want to make it themed, just let the guests know what theme. For instance, if your shower is country themed, a wine tasting, or just classic wedding.
Works Best For: This is another classic style game.
How to Play: There are some wedding words that are just plan weird. However, they still have meaning. See if your guests can figure out those meanings. Answers included.
Works Best For: How to Say I Love You was made for the travel couple or travel themed shower in mind. It uses languages from all over the world.
How to Play: Have guests match the “I love you” with its proper language.
Works Best For: This Coffee or Tea game is another one made with the kitchen shower in mind. Or it’s perfect for a couple that loves coffee or tea.
How to Play: Guests will guess which of the items is coffee and which is tea.
Works Best For: The Meaning of Roses is for the classic shower. Perfect for the bride who is having roses at her wedding.
How to Play: Different colors and quantities of roses have different meanings. See if your guests can figure out their meanings.
Works Best For: Last up is the Where was the Bride Game. The was made for the travelers as well or the bride and/or groom who loves photography.
How to Play: Ask the bride for 10 photos all from different places around the world. Then, print them out and put them out at the shower. The guests will then guess where the bride was in each photo.

#17 How to Say I Love You has a spelling error. In French it is Je t’aime, not Je t’amie. The games are very cute though!
