Aesthetic Journeys may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, Aesthetic Journeys may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;

Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. Aesthetic Journeys recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, as Aesthetic Journeys ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer\’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;

Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.

Custom & Digital Designs

— Once approved for printing, there are no returns on custom designs.
— If for any reason there are mistakes on our end that were not approved by the customer, we will be happy reprint or refund.
— Any damage to your products during shipping, we will be happy to replace the product. Please contact us within 10 of receipt with photo evidence of the damage.
— All digital sales are final.

Non-Custom Designs

— If any of our NON-customized designs do not fit your needs, please do the following:

  1.  Contact us within 10 days of receiving the product
  2. We will send you a pre-paid return label
  3. We will be happy to refund your purchase upon receipt of the product.

Handmade Products

All of our products are lovingly handmade and therefore slightly different from one another.  Please note that there may be slight imperfections but we strive hard to create beautiful designs you will love.


Keep in mind that coloring may differ from computer to computer & even from printer to printer so I cannot be held accountable for color variations. Cell phones and tablets greatly alter the way PDF and JPEG files appear so please check your file on an actual computer and do a test print.
