There are certain products and resources that are my go-to whenever I’m creating anything new. Whether it’s a new invite, a new way to organize, or a new plan for a trip, I’ve got my go-tos. I’m sharing those with you below. I’ve broken them down into 4 categories, so whether your here for the crafts, design, organization, or travel, you’ll find my top picks below.
You’ll also find that some of these places can be used in multiple categories. That’s because there are certain stores and online shops that I use for all categories: craft supplies, digital designing, organization, and travel.

Crafts & Party
If you like DIY or you like parties, then this category is for you. If you’re planning a party or looking for your next craft, you’re in the right place. These places below are my go-tos for all things craft and party. For paper, invitations, party decorations, or more, you’ll find it here.
Amazon
Everyone knows Amazon sells basically everything. Now that there’s also Amazon Handmade, you can find unique designs and crafts as well.
Dollar Tree
Dollar Tree is great if you’re looking for very cheap supplies. There’s more you can do with Dollar Tree, check out my post on Easter Crafts post for ideas. You can also find low-cost wedding supplies as well and who doesn’t love saving on a wedding?!
Etsy
Everyone knows Etsy is a great place for handmade items and supplies, it’s no secret they are a master in the crafting world. Shop or sell handmade crafts for any event.
Hobby Lobby
Another obvious go-to is Hobby Lobby. I turn to them when I’m in a pinch for pre-made party supplies. There are times I just can’t make everything and Hobby Lobby is where I go when this happens. It’s also where I find most of my colorful envelopes.
Inkjets
Inkjets is where I buy all my ink. I’ve never had any problems with their ink, and it’s substantially cheaper than Office Max/Depot or Staples.
Michaels
Another great place for crafts is Michaels. They don’t have as much home decor as Hobby Lobby, but for craft tools and supplies, they are a great option.
Oriental Trading
Oriental Trading is another great place for cheap craft supplies. One item I return for over and over again is these adhesive magnets. They are a great quality and perfect for those magnet save the dates.
Paper Papers
Paper Papers is the place I go for all my card stock. They have 100s of colors, weights, and textures. I buy all my linen card stock here.
Paper Source
This a great place for natural, rustic type card stock, envelopes, and other paper goods.
Zazzle
Zazzle is great for making invitations, party decor, favors and more. You can personalize everything on their site. Shop our designs here for weddings, showers, parties, and all other life journeys. Shop our store designs here.
Digital Designing
If you are a graphic designer or just like to make your own invites, etc, then this section is definitely for you.
Etsy
Etsy is a great place for digital graphics and stock photos. If I’m short on time for a designs and don’t want to create the vector myself, I turn to Etsy. Just be sure if you’re using it for commercial products, that you make sure that’s included with your order.
If you like to print your own invites, this is also a great place for that. I sell all my digital designs via Etsy.
Font Bundles
Font bundles is the perfect place for, well, fonts, obviously. They are always running deals and all their fonts come with commercial license. If you sell fonts, you can do that here too.
Design Bundles
Design bundles is just like font bundles but for graphics. You can purchase vectors to use for commercial products as well as PNG and JPEG files.
Home Decor & Organization
This next category is all about home decor and organization. If you love to decorate or you crave organization, then stay tuned. These are my favorite places to find decorations for holidays and organizational supplies for my office and work life.
Amazon
Yes, we all know, Amazon has it all. Find organizational supplies, home decor, just about anything.
Bed Bath & Beyond
Bed Bath & Beyond is definitely a go-to for organizational items. Check out my post on my craft room, a couple of my items cam from there.
Hobby Lobby
Hobby Lobby is also my go-to place for holiday decorations. Plus, they always have big sales after the holiday is over.
Kirklands
Kirklands is another place I love for home decor. They can be pricey but do great sales and coupons. They are also a good place for holidays.
Macy’s
While department stores may be fading, Macy’s still is a great resource for home decor and organization. Plus, they also do holidays, and wedding registries.
Target
Who doesn’t love Target? Check out that post on my craft room remodel again. I bought my baskets at Target and I love them.
Wayfair
Wayfair is my absolute favorite for home organization, decorations, furniture and more. A friend turned me onto it when I came back from abroad and I never looked back. I love shopping on their app as well, it’s very easy to use.
Zazzle
I love Zazzle for home decor as well. You can personalize designs and make them unique. There are loads of designs on the site that you can adjust or create from scratch too. We also sell home decor for every holiday on Zazzle as well, you can check it out here.
Travel Gifts + Planning
When it comes to travel ideas, I like to share travel plans, gift ideas, and crafts for your travel photos.
Barnes & Noble
Whenever I start planning a trip, I like to buy a travel book and I head to Barnes and Noble. It’s possible that I’m the only person who still buys books for travel, but I do. I also find they have great gifts for travelers as well.
Hilton
I don’t spend a lot of time at hotels. I tend to stay in bed and breakfasts and even hostels. However, my family tends to stay at Hilton and they have a really good points system.
Mixbook
Turn your photos into photo books and other products with Mixbook.
Snapfish
I used snapfish when we were in Australia to make our photos into books as we traveled around.
Trip Advisor
Trip Advisor and Viator are always my go-to for planing my trip activities.
Walgreens
Walgreens is another option when looking for ways to turn your photos into products.
Zazzle
