— Once approved for printing, there are no returns on custom designs. Any mistakes on our end will be reprinted or refunded.

We purchased the airplane-shaped programs, and the purchase process went very smoothly! We received a proof within less than 24 hours. They were shipped quickly, and we received them faster than I thought we would! My only recommendation would be to be cautious when ordering different colors for fonts. We ordered navy blue font color on white paper, and it did not turn out as expected. Looked great on the proof but looks more like a dark purple/brown color in person, not navy at all. Aside from that, they look fine and were very easy to assemble.
