Designs, Printed, and Handmade Products
- For DIGITAL DESIGNS no files are sent before payment is received in full.
- For CUSTOM designs, you will have free edits for up to one month after your first file is sent.
- Instant downloads do NOT include free edits and are NOT customizable.
- There are no refunds on digital designs once the design has been emailed.
- For MAILED ITEMS, If there is an error to your item on our end, or damage done by the post office, please let me know and I will resend or refund your product.
- All mailed items do include insurance, so any breakages will be replaces if reported to me within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- You can return items if they do not fit your needs if they are NOT custom.
- Custom orders are final unless there is damage.
- Please do note that any errors in content that are approved by the customer will not be refunded.
- Client assumes the responsibility to double check the content on all proofs that Aesthetic Journeys sends you.
- If a proof is approved with a text error, it will be correctly digitally at no extra charge, but there is a 50% charge to reprint any designs with an approved error.
- Clients may choose to use photos from another studio in one of Aesthetic Journeys designs.
- Photos should be 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality.
- I cannot be held responsible for low photo quality of photos done by any other studio.
- Coloring may differ from computer to computer and even printer to printer. We are not responsible for how the coloring may differ on a final product.
