Policies and Procedures - Aesthetic Journeys Designs

For DIGITAL DESIGNS no files are sent before payment is received in full.
For CUSTOM designs, you will have free edits for up to one month after your first file is sent.
Instant downloads do NOT include free edits and are NOT customizable.
There are no refunds on digital designs once the design has been emailed.
For MAILED ITEMS, If there is an error to your item on our end, or damage done by the post office, please let me know and I will resend or refund your product.
All mailed items do include insurance, so any breakages will be replaces if reported to me within 24 hours of receiving the product.
You can return items if they do not fit your needs if they are NOT custom.
Custom orders are final unless there is damage.

Please do note that any errors in content that are approved by the customer will not be refunded.
Client assumes the responsibility to double check the content on all proofs that Aesthetic Journeys sends you.
If a proof is approved with a text error, it will be correctly digitally at no extra charge, but there is a 50% charge to reprint any designs with an approved error.

Clients may choose to use photos from another studio in one of Aesthetic Journeys designs.
Photos should be 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality.
I cannot be held responsible for low photo quality of photos done by any other studio.

Coloring may differ from computer to computer and even printer to printer. We are not responsible for how the coloring may differ on a final product.
